Many social channels excel at showing themselves in the community, showcasing their team, and even sharing why they’re the best at what they do. Yet, there's one critical aspect they frequently overlook: telling their audience WHAT they actually do.
It might seem obvious, but it's essential to continue and remind your audience about the services you provide and the value you bring. Don't fall into the trap of being too sales-focused, but make sure you’re effectively capitalizing on the audience you've built. To educate and entertain your audience while subtly reinforcing your offerings, strike a balance between engagement and promotion. The ultimate goal is to be the first resource your audience turns to when they need services in your field. By consistently posting valuable content that resonates with your audience, you’ll stay at the top of their feed, remaining a reliable source they seek out daily.

Organic social is what every brand needs to start with and continue as they grow and see results. But, what happens if the organic social numbers fall off? What happens if they don't produce the same results they did a few years ago? Should you quick the social game? NO - not a chance. Add an ad...it can be very impactful.
